• Before Your Appointment

New patients, please complete your intake forms and required waivers through your online patient portal before your first visit. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early so you have time to settle in before your appointment.

• Location & Arrival

Complimentary street parking is available directly outside the property. Look for the white house and enter through the open gate. The clinic has a private entrance located along the side of the house. Please follow the pathway through the gate to the clinic entrance.

• Preparing for Your Treatment

Please have a light meal before your appointment and avoid arriving on an empty stomach. Wear loose, comfortable clothing whenever possible to allow easy access to acupuncture points.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a $40 cancellation fee charged to the card on file.

• Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time so we can provide you with your full treatment experience. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on the schedule that day. A late cancellation fee may apply if we are unable to accommodate your appointment.
